About me

Stephanie Kenny

Counsellor

A woman with dark hair, glasses, and a navy blue sweater, smiling and sitting in a room with green walls, bookshelves, and potted plants in the background.

My name is Stephanie. I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I am based in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh and I have lived here since I was a teenager (I am originally from Italy).

I have lived experience dealing with anxiety, depression and grief, and my own healing journey prompted me to find a way to help others who might be struggling.

I work with my clients to create a calm and safe environment, where we can explore their difficulties together. I use a variety of modalities, but most importantly I work with empathy, the utmost confidentiality and a genuine sense of care.

I also work for a local children’s charity as a support worker, helping families, children and young people in a therapeutic and practical capacity.
